Mixed feelings. Some issues noted.
electrical wires noisy fan
The location was convenient enough, and i could walk to nearby areas. It was ok.
The room felt quite small, even for a single person. i found electrical wires hanging from the ceiling with power cubes attached. It looked unsafe. the bathroom fan made an awful noise, and i heard water noises whenever someone showered in nearby rooms.

the staff were very helpful. i liked the room design a lot. it had good shower facilities. the location allowed easy access to public transport..
the water pressure was slightly reduced on the upper floors during peak hours.
